Registration Guidelines

🟂  All participants must complete the online registration through the conference registration portal.

🟂  The corresponding author of every accepted paper must complete the registration process.

🟂  For each accepted paper, at least one author must register under the Full Author category and present the paper during the conference.

🟂  Authors must register under the publication track selected during the initial paper submission.

🟂  Registration will be confirmed only after successful payment verification.

🟂  Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise announced by the Organizing Committee.

🟂  IEEE member registrations require valid proof of student status issued by their institution.

🟂  Registered participants will receive a confirmation email and payment receipt upon successful verification.

🟂  Registration provides access to all technical sessions, keynote talks, conference materials, and other registered benefits.

🟂  Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, visa, and insurance.

🟂  Each accepted paper requires a separate registration.

🟂  Papers not registered within the registration deadline may be excluded from the conference program and proceedings.

Final Documents Required

Authors are requested to upload the following documents during the registration process:

1. Final Camera-Ready Paper (.doc/.docx/LaTeX (zip) and PDF)
2. Copyright Form
3. Payment Acknowledgement Screenshot (JPG, JPEG, or PNG preferred)
4. Any additional documents requested by the Publication Chair (For Ex: Membership Proof)

Registration Fees

The registration fee includes:

• Participation in all technical sessions
• Keynote and invited talks
• Conference proceedings
• Presentation certificate (for all authors)

Cancellation Policy

• Registration fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellation requests will not be entertained after registration.
• No refund will be provided for participants who fail to attend the conference (No Show Policy).
